While I was hospitalized for emergency hip surgery, Grady gathered a crew to clean and stage my house for selling. Such a fine job was done that that it sold to the first looker for full price. He immediately got to work finding me a new home and succeeded.
Quickly, he located a packer and a cleaner for my move and even provided transportation for me until I was permitted to drive. He managed to light my gas fireplace as well as other minor repairs. All while totally honest to both me and the buyer. He truly cares.

A native Texan, my wife and I moved to Granbury to be near family. And what a blessing it has been! After selling my IT consulting business, I decided to try my hand at real estate. Licensed since 2016, I first joined RE/MAX and most recently made the transition to EXP REALTY. I handle resisdential, land, & commercial properties. I serve on several committees for the Granbury Association of Realtors, and host Community Day events for EXP REALTY each year.
